How to prepare your quilt.

Print Order Form

Please download, print and fill out the Longarm Quilting Services Order Form for each quilt to be sent.
Ship or Appointment

Ship with your preferred carrier USPS,UPS, FEDX,ect. or you are welcome to setup an appointment for drop off.
Notes: Contact me prior to sending minky for additional instructions. I can do King size quilts. Payment in full is required before finished quilt is returned to customer. Minimum Charge of $35 per quilt applied to all orders. Pricing and turnaround times subject to change. Additional charges may apply.
Batting Choices
We offer batting available for sale by the yard. Alternatively, you may also bring/send your own batting if you prefer. Details about batting availability and prices are below.
100% Cotton
Our 100% cotton batting is 96" wide and $9/yard.
80/20 cotton/poly blend
Our 80/20 cotton/poly blend batting is 96" wide and $9/yard.
We also have 80/20 cotton/poly blend batting at 120" wide. Call for pricing.

Pack and send
Make sure your backing is at 4" or greater on all sides when compared to the front of your quilt. See the diagram on the order form to prevent delays. Pack your quilt(s) with an order form for each quilt(s). Then ship with your preferred carrier to:
